Bill Enk becomes National Reined Cow Horse Association Director of Judges Bill Enk has been appointed as the National Reined Cow Horse Association Director of Judges. According to NRCHA Judging Committee Chairman Todd Crawford, Enk accepted the position in mid-December. "We're excited about taking this step for the NRCHA of having a person dedicated to developing the judging program," commented Crawford. "We think that Bill, with his broad judging experience, is the perfect choice for the position."
